Hi
I'm trying to install on a sub domain. I altready have 1 successful installation on another sub domain.

Everything goes smoothly .. I'm logged in as admin and I go to "Config" change the site name etc .. click to save the settings and get the "Continue" message.

When I click on that it tries to go to "http://indonesia.expatz.net./install.php" with an error message of "The requested URL /install.php was not found on this server."  ???

I dropped all the DB tables .. deleted the install lock and reinstalled. This time I just opened up the config .. did'nt change anything .. saved it and the "Continue" message came up.

I hovered the mouse over the "Continue" and it said "http://indonesia.expatz.net/gallery/index.php" .. OK so far.(CMG is in /gallery) But when I clicked on it I get the same problem as above .. its trying to go to "http://indonesia.expatz.net./install.php" ... with a dot after the "net"

I looked in the database and all the paths are correct there.

Any ideas???

Thanks
???

http://indonesia.expatz.net/install.php is not there (that's where I get re-directed to from http://indonesia.expatz.net/index.php as you haven't completed the install)

If thats the case .. why does the install process say that it finished? Everything works like adding categories/albums etc .. its just the config that wont work. And there is still the question of where the dot after the "net" is coming from. And why is it looking for an install file in the root instead of the gallery folder?

OK .. its working now. I had a ssi.php file (for thumb previews on other pages) copied over from the other subdomain and I forgot to edit the paths in it. I dont know what that file had to do with it .. but once edited everything was OK !  ;D
