I have two elements missing that I assume are supposed to be showing up in the user profile: User Thumb and Pic Count. Any particular place I need to enable this, or is this strictly a theme issue and I'll need to edit this in somewhere?

FYI, I use the Kubrick theme.

Can you please post a URL of your exact board location.

Regarding config, these setttings are default on.

Not sure what you mean: http://www.macsimoin.com/coppermine/profile.php?uid=1 does exactly what it's suppossed to do - see attached screenshot.
