Problem with hardwired template !!! ???

I hope someone can help because the Template looks quite wrong.
The files are allright but the output is very bad.

Does anyone know whats wrong ?

Hi, Dr-Frank!
That does look pretty grim! If you haven't done any "modifications" to the theme to cause this problem, I would be inclined to think it was a bad download/upload. Try re-installing cpg with a fresh downloaded file to see if it helps.

I've posted with Ftp "Asci mode" and now i did the same with other ftp
but this time without ASCI mode and now it works !
