Hola ayer subi el coppermine 1.4 a mi pagina y al tratar de instalarla me da un error de comunicaacion con mysql, mi pregunta es debo tener instalado mysql en mi PC y donde lo puedo conseguir es un software gratuito o tiene costo se poco de html y nada de php o sql

Hi yesterday i upload coppermine 1.4 to my webserber and when i try to install de program give me an error on mysql i want to know if i need to have install mysql on my compiter, and where i can get it

Self-hosting is not recommended at all, especially if you're a complete newbie. Read the minimum requirements. You can download mySQL for free from http://www.mysql.com/products/database/mysql/community_edition.html , but I strongly doubt that this will help you much.
Instead: find a decent webhost. If you are stubborn and insist on running your own server, post the actual error message you got.
