No new file was found

When I try to bacth add files it is said that I have "no new files" whereas there are 4 files !!

Please do *not* provide debug_info unless requested by a supporter.  And when you do, put it into a code block, so it's easier to read your thread.

Check your permissions on those files.  is_dir() and is_file() will fail if they are not given permission on those files.  You usually need 755 for directories, but sometimes 777 is necessary, and 644 for files, sometimes 666.
