anyone know how to delete one of the "service providers" after i tested the XP Web Publishing wizzard thing?

Try googling. I expect it involves regedit.

yeah run: regedit then navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\PublishingWizard\PublishingWizard\Providers\

then finally the site you installed it for!
