moving servers, having difficulty

wasn't sure if this was the correct place to put this, if not, please move..

i'm moving my site and gallery to a new server.. as far as I know I've done everything correctly.  i had some problems downloading the gallery to my comp off of the old server but I'm pretty sure I got all the files.  I reuploaded, CHMODed everything, went to the old host, saved the database.. started a new database at the new host, uploaded the sql files.. changed config.inc.php to what i believe is right.. and i still get this

perhaps the problem is that that isn't the main domain of the server?  it's a domain i added on to the one i bought, mr-aiken.com.  would that mess it up somehow?  any help would be appreciated because i'd rather not reupload all these pictures   i have a few more days until my old hosting ends.. please help me.. thanks

okey you are using "Cpanel" , the error said "Access denied for user 'mraikenc_Lauren'@'localhost' to database 'mcaikenc_carmenfans'"
- are you sure that you create this user?
- did you add this user to your database?
go to your cpanel =>MySql Databases and check if you add this user with full privileges (all) to 'mraikenc_Lauren' database

^ yeah i did that.. just now i also tried creating a new user and pass and adding that to it and changing the config, and that didn't change anything..

I'm sure that you didn't add user to db
go to your cpanel=>MySql databases =>(find this)Add Users To Your Databases
and add mraikenc_carmenf to mcaikenc_carmenfans

you miss spell  the database name (change "c" to"r")
edit your config.inc.php and add this  "mraikenc_carmenfans"

WOW.. i feel dumb now..    thank you.

ok now it's working but.. none of the albums and pictures or my custom layout are there... is there something i have to do for that?  do i just have to recreate the albums all over again?

it's not letting me log in either...

- did you reastore your db backup completely? didn't got eny errors!?
by the way you should upgrade to 1.4.8
