uploading pictures successful... then blank screen

I've read other post with the same problem but I havent been able to fix it.

I'll upload a picture that is 400k. It says Upload successful, then I hit continue and WHAMO blank screen. However it works with a 30k photo. I'm assuming it has something to do with filesize (obviously) but that's where my problem solving ends. Is there a way to fix this?
