Can't Upload! Please Help!

I cannot upload any pictures using batch add from one of my folders. It keeps saying:  "No new file was found", even though i have just added pictures into it. It works for my other folders i try to batch add from. Im confused about this, does anyone know what the problem would be? 

Please, sombody help! I need to know what to do  :'( :'(
