How do I turn off comments?

I don't want my viewers to rate and comment on photos. Is there an easy way to turn that off?

Login=>Config=>Groups then set the rating and comments for the groups you want to prevent. You can also set the premissions on ecards as well. Here's the instructions in the manual:http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#group_cp.
