Problems with upload images

HY. I put my pics on my server using a FTP program. Then, i went to the gallery, made the login, and when i add the pictures to the album, appears a problem: " Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image. "

How can i resolve this problem?? ?? Please, it's urgent  :-\

I try that but it stay the sames.
Therea appear this:
