I can no longer login to my web site

My web site was hacked once recently, and the ISP repaired it for me. Now I notice that whenever I try to login, it shows a warning message first: "Warning your browser does not accept script's cookies."

After I enter the user name and password, the web page posts a "Continue" button, and return me back to the original login page. For that, I cannot get into my web page to do any editing work.

I am on CPG1.4 version.

Any hint?  Thanks!

I did a HTTP Watch trace, and notice that after login script is executed, it returns to Home page so that I cannot edit the web site:
