category edit problems

please help me, i'm having problems with managing the categories for the gallery, everytime i push the button to edit the categoires only this message appear, and nothing else: "function confirmDel(catName) { return confirm("Are you sure you want to DELETE this category (" + catName + ") ?"); }"
i try refreashing the page, re-loging in and out, everything, I can't seem to fix it, could anybody tell me how I could fix the problem. Thank you.

Post a link to your coppermine-driven gallery. I suspect a broken file or custom theme.

At first, like I mention before, when I want to edit my category I would get that message and my category list wouldn't appear, but now the list does appear except for that the list just stop..I mean there's no text box for me to add more category or the button that said "update/create category"
I'm not sure if having too many categories might be the problem or not

You over-edited your custom theme. Put the JavaScript reference back in as suggested in http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/faq.htm#noFullsizePopup
It appears that PHP code is shining through, so the category manager might have gotten corrupted - re-upload a fresh copy of that file.

GauGau, I've just try putting in that JavaScript but the whole category still wouldn't appear

70 is prety much for me ( I think you got php timeout error ) but try re-upload catmgr.php too
