Garbage collection deletes albums/edit/no_FTP-uploads_into_this_folder!
Subsequently, an error shows in versioncheck.php, and users might make the mistake we're trying to avoid: upload files into the edit folder.

Modified garbage collection accordingly in picEditor.php for stable and devel branch. Fixes will be in cpg1.4.11 and cpg1.5.0
