mySQL error: Duplicate entry

I'm running 1.3. I turned on debugging to get a specific error. I have checked permissions on album, album/edit and album/userpics.

I run through
- Upload File
- Choose 1 file upload box
- Browse for my image
- "Successful upload"
- Enter title, album, etc for my image

At this point I get the error:
There was an error while processing a database query.

The query window shows this at the end:
mySQL error: Duplicate entry 'Another Threesome--MFM-L_threesome~0.jpg' for key 8

With a reference to this file:
File: /home/.brutis/cetika/computerotika.com/coppermine/include/functions.inc.php - Line: 105 .


Any help is appreciated

Please disregard. I tried again and was able to upload now.

Although, I would like to know what happened, just in case I see it again.
