Upload separate file problem

Hello,

I have installed the latest Coppermine, looks great.
The only problem I have is uploading separate files. I get following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /customers/fotos2/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 262
