Send Site Link To Hotmail Accounts ?

hey, i hav recently subscribed to a fourm and noticed it had a mod that asks you for your hotmail user and pass. and it sends the website link to all your msn messanger contacts . i would love for somthing like this on coppermine. i have searched but found nothing. has this been mentioned before andis it possible. ? thanks you in advance
