image resize on download plugin, dose it exsist?

I was looking for a way of letting users download different size versions of a high res image. Something like the Download and Alternate File Loading v1.3 plugin, but that would alow for a pull down menu that you could select a file size or resolution any ideas

If a plugin doesn't exist in the plugin contributions sub-board, then we don't have it, i.e. it doesn't exist.
