Catmgr.php Timeout Fatal Error

Hello all! 

I am running Coppermine 1.4.4 and am constantly getting this error when trying to access catmgr.php...
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in zeldalegacy.net/httpdocs/cpg144/catmgr.php on line 77

I checked the MySQL tables and the id for the last cat I added was 0,0, and I have a feeling this is caused by my recent server change.  Could this be an auto increment issue?  I had to restore Joomla and VBulletin on move because my admin didnt retain auto increment.  If so, does anyone know the sql to do this??

Do you have a large number of categories? If so then search the board for a version of catmgr I posted that has pagination. Autoincrement will only be an issue if you were adding a new category.

Also update your gallery.
