Problem with Upload Patch @ 1.4.4

Hello @all,

when i will upload some Pics which i have uploadet via FTP then i will choose the index where are the pics and then when i klick on the Button i get an message that i have no permissions to show the next side.

What can i do or where is the Problem? This had workt a few times before without problems.
