Groop an uploade problems...??

Is it possible that everybody can see an album and a groop can upload pictures to it like moderators or it it impossible?

when i was loged in as admin i made a category, then a sub category then the album,
And i set the album to bee seen public,, then i log'd in with another username, this one was in a groop who can uploade in public albums but ists not working,, and i get this eror:   Error     
Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

How can i change this?

Able to be seen and able to upload are different.  While logged in as Admin, click on Groups and verify you have the permissions set properly.
