How do I upload pictures??

I finshed the installation and logged in but they no admin section for me to upload pictures and make my gallery  how i want it?

What theme are you using? In my theme I hover over the @ inthe menu and it gives you the option to upload a file

I can't see that, i can't even get admin when i log in, does any1 no why?
