size of images

What should I do to make them bigger?!

What pics? Thumbnails? Intermediate or ahem, original/full large ones?

There are several options: check out the config area for thumbnails and intermediate sizes. The "large/full" pic is the original size of your images. You can also go to the "resize" option to do what it says.
