main menu not showing up

Since, I downloaded the template.html and inserted a new image header the main menu is not showing up.

How can I get the main menu buttons to show back up?

You are running 1.4.8 but you seem to be using a 1.3 theme. Update the theme following the theme upgrade docs in the manual.

Thanks for pointing me into the right direction. I went to the manual at http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/theme/index.html and did a few template changes and I now the menu is showing.
