Bit of a bizarre one this guys. Got everything working beautifully with the exception of multiple image upload. To be more precise - if 'number of file upload boxes' is set to '1', the file upload works and the image is inserted into the selected album. However, if 'number of file upload boxes' is greater than 1 (for example 10, as it's currently set), i just get the 'the previous file could not be placed' error, regardless of how many images i'm trying to upload - even if it's still just the one.

I've checked all my permissions (and i think i'm safe in the assumption that they're correct seeming as image upload DOES work when there is only one upload field available), i've also meticulously gone through php.ini and cannot find any reason for this to be happening... any help would be hugely appreciated.

I've set up the following test account:

User: test
Pass: test

Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Cheers,
Jack.

QuotePlease keep in mind that HTTP uploads are limited by the restrictions placed upon them in PHP's configuration.

Yup, i went through all of that before i posted, and have made the appropriate changes in php.ini...

Still got the issue though. Hmmm...?

You know, it's interesting how elitist programmers tend to be. I love your software GauGau, i think it's one of the best gallery apps i've come across in a long time, but what you don't seem to realise is that by being simply rude in your responses rather than helpful, you're doing yourself damage. The less sites that are up and running means you're losing the chance of more visitors to sites that run coppermine, which in turn equates to less publicity for coppermine.

Put simply, by being an arsehole you're shooting yourself in the foot.

Thanks again,
Jack.

From that link -

'maybe nobody knows the answer to your problem'

If you have issues that are specific to a windows server you will usually fall into that category.

Please stop being so agressive, especially since your issue was not really related to Coppermine to begin with, but a general server setup problem.

hence why i wrote:

"Apologies for getting frustrated in my thread."

Jeez.
