After I uploaded files to a folder via FTP, i go and do batch add files and when I go to add the new files, this is what I saw:

Images with the same file name are being added twice and the same image actually appears twice. Why is this occuring? I haven't messed with any of the code or anything.

I believe the problem was because I did not directly upload from my computer. I moved the files through FTP from one directory to a new directory I created inside albums, and maybe that caused a problem.. this time I downloaded all the files to my computer and then uploaded it to the new folder and it worked fine.
