Login issues with cpg1.4.9 and phpBB2 2.0.21

My gallery is at:

Using cpg1.4.9 and phpBB2 2.0.21

Test account: test/test

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://cca.hoofty.com/forum
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forum/

It seems that gallery refuses to pick up my authentication and the gallery sees me as a guest user.  Not sure what to do to fix this or if cookie settings have something to do with this.

Thank You for any help.  Been trying to get this working for days now.
