How can users register ??

Hi,

I have installed the software and it is running just fine. The problem i have is that when you come to the frontpage, no matter which style you take (default oe any other) i do not see any option to "register" , only to login.
 So, can users login if they do not have any option to register ....??
i am probably doing something wrong but what ???

I wonder what the 'Allow new user registrations' option does in config.... maybe try that.....
