trouble upgrading my theme

I was using I applepink but I was finding I wasn't able to view the full size images.

Figured I needed to upgrade. Got as far as editing template.html, when I went to edit the theme.php everything went wrong so I ended up removing the theme all together. The doc or editing it looks conusing and I think I'm adding he wrong things.

Is this suppossed to be a question or just a rant? If it's a question, post a link to your coppermine-driven gallery and zip your theme and then attach it to your posting.

Why don't you just use the cpg1.4.x-version of the fiapplepink theme then: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/coppermine/cpg1.4.x_theme_fiapplepink.zip?download

i though I was  confusion over nothing lol

Done it but I'm not liking the newer version. Don't like how categories are centred on the front page, prefered the older layout. How can I change this?
