I created a new png file, named it coppermine_logo.png, FTPd it, but the original logo still appears in the gallery. What didn't I read first? - Ian

Where did you FTP-upload it to? Post a link to your Coppermine-driven gallery and a link to the image you uploaded.
Make sure as well that you're not having browser cache issues - force-refresh your browser ([Ctrl] + [F5]).

Fixed it. I should have changed site_logo.png in the theme images directory, and ftp'd that. ??? :D
