i dont see registration for new users

Hello i just installed your program but i dont see were a user can register so they can upload there photos
can someone help please thanks

You are using  1.4.8  why did you post on 1.3.x board
Moving...

you need to enable user registration under:
config=>User settings=>Allow new user registrations
set it to yes

Next time please first Read the documentation
And post to proper board

Also install most recent version (1.4.9) instead of 1.4.8
