comments haked with sexsites information !!

i have a probem with the comments everyone on my gallery can give a comment on the photo in my gallery
but now i have comment with url,s with sex site information automaticly add every day
user guest are able to give a comments
how can i fix this hack or give me some information to prevent it..
what is the problem? :'(

Abbasi ali hack not allowed on my server.
Wordpress hack is a guessing filter.so not effective fully.
