Register.php does not work

I've installed the latest version of CPG on fotogaleri.cafe150.com/copper. Everything's  ok. but new users can't register. Nothing happens when you click on Register button. Whats the problem. Thanks.

You have HTML markup after the </body> tag, which is of course nonsense. If it wasn't you who inserted
