Is there a Coppermine mailing list I can sign up to somewhere? Something that just sends me a quick e-mail every time a new version of Coppermine is released so that I can get on it right away and upgrade?

You can subscribe to the notifications for the announcement sub-board (click on "notify" there) or you can subscribe to the package on sf.net.
