anyway, question is
i want guest look at the comment field and star point filed.
why don't look at that?
how i do someting change option?

Allow guests to rate files and post comments by going to coppermine's groups manager and enabling those options for guests/anonymous users.
Use a better subject next time you start a thread - of course everybody has got a question when starting a new thread on the support board. Stating the obvious is not helpful for others who browse the board searching for answers to similar questions.
