error in 2.0.6 of PHP-Nuke Port

Hi, I make a fresh install of coppermine module (CPG) and every thing seems to be allright, but when I'm logg like user & admin I can't go to forums-index and recive this:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class sql_db in public_html/modules/Forums/db/mysql.php on line 28
To forums-admin no problem - just for index...
And when I loggout from admin (just like user) every thing is OK.

I solve the problem - just remuve left side Block Random Scroll CPG.

But what the reason is .... I don't  know yet....
