i have one or two small problem with upgrading :( actually they are not so big  :)

1- all pictures descriptions and comments were turkish charset(in 1.3.2), when i upgrade all desc. and comments are ok, but site text (in turkish language file) are broken(some special turkish chars ü ğ i ş ç ö looking  ??),
i change character set to unicode and site now ok but all description and comments are broken now.its not so big problem for me, because i have only 20-30 picture. but i think, maybe you want to know this.

2- i chanced thema ( project vii to grimm -thanks to Billy G Bullock ist very good job-). now i need to re-resize to normal size picture. (not thumbalin, only normal_XXX)
id admin section i try to resize all resized picture.when start its says
normal_blablabla.jpg ok
normal_blablabla.jpg ok
normal_blablabla.jpg ok

but result is same. there is no resized picture.why? (i delete all cache and use ctrl+F5 but there is no change)
thanks ( sorry for my terrible english)

1) As suggested at the bottom of the screen when running the update script you should perform the charset manager to convert your iso-encoded textual database content into unicode content. You can do so now as well, go to http://www.gunduz.info/album/charsetmgr.php (when being logged in as admin).

2) We have a "one question per thread" policy you agreed to respect when signing up. Start a new thread for your issues with the admin tools and resizing of intermediate-sized pics.
