Wordpress Error After CPG1.4.9 Upgrade

problem
i updated my coppermine album to cpg1.4.9 with www.stilglog.com/wordpress-plugins/coppermine-plugin previously integrated into my wordpress blog. why is it that after my cpg1.4.9 install that my blog has an error that says...

WordPress database error: [Table 'vietchyqee_cpg01.cpg143_pictures' doesn't exist]
SELECT option_value FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = 'cpg_use_title' LIMIT 1

i would appreciate the help and please forgive me for not knowing where else to categorize this topic.

Did you upgrade CPG or just install new fresh copy !?

Seek support from whoever supports that plugin, it's not a Coppermine issue.

you should upgrade your plugin with the last ver (3.11), before upgrading cpg, disable your plugin in Wordpress admin panel,
i am running cpg 1.49 with wordpress 2.04 and this plugin without problem.
