Coppermine Gallery Messed up?

Alright, my Coppermine Gallery got messed up and have no idea how it did but here is the information that may help ya'll. I need to get it fixed as soon as possible.  Also i have no idea what that means.

Template error

For some reason I tried to do the Tutorial and did every step like it says and I still have the same problem.

What did you do when you encountered that error? Did you try to upgrade?
