websites navigation bar

I have had a look around but cannot find out how to place my websites navigation bar within the coppermine photo pages(so my visitors may go back to my site after viewing the photo's)

I am a complete layman at the website game (as you can tell by our site), so any basic infomation would be very much appreciated

use custom link button under config page
admin mode=>Themes settings=>Name of your custom link
and
admin mode=>Themes settings=>URL of your custom link
