If I'm logged in as an normal user (not admin) and upload a file, there is no "Regenerate Dictionary"-link displayed in the keyword list dialog (keyword_select.php). It's only available when logged in as admin.

Is that on purpose?
Can I modify the code in a way that any registered users can do it or does it bear a (security?) risk?
