after install can't continue

My problem is, that I am getting a blank screen after installing coppermine...
the installation went fine without any errors and it said I could log in now. But when I click on the page where I supposedly should log in, it's blank:

does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

Manualy enable debug mode and post actual error
