Notify on User Upload - Email Is Blank

Been having this problem since I installed Coppermine. I have the gallery set to email me if somebody uploads an image but the email I receive is completely blank. No subject, no message.

I also have the gallery set to email me if somebody posts a comment and they come through okay. I've not changed any of the files so why is this happening?
