some members cant get in to the gallery

I have a few members that are having trouble getting in to the gallery, it says "Invalid request variable".
I have asked them to try the firefox browser and they say its still the same. its only a few members that are having this problem and i havent a clue what to tel them... anyone know what to do to help please?
