Need Some Help Moving A User & Admin Bar

Ok, here we go. I have installed 3 or 4 Galleries (Zoom, Gallery2, RSGallery2, & CPG), I love the CPG and think I will be going with this for my main gallery, but I have not been able to figure out how to put the user bar (&admin bar) on the bottom / below the photo / bottom of the page.

I am using the EyeBall template, and I have figured out how to remove some of the stuff I didn't want by updating the:

template.html / theme.php / & the style2.css

BUT, I would really like to have the user interface at the bottom of the photos and I would like to remove the latest & random thumbnails, but I keep editing the template files and I get no where. Can soemone help me out here really quick, I would imagine I am missing something really stupid.

PS When I copy the code below and position it right above the "</div>{CUSTOM_FOOTER} {VANITY}" all I get is "{SUB_MENU}" at the bottom of the photo and the original admin menu and user menu stays at the top .

Just so you all know I am trying to push the photo as high up in the browser as possible.
