picture upload for not registred user

Hi,
I got a question
i want, that people can upload her pictures on my site (an comment them also) when they are not loged in or registred.
i mean, not the whole album but in a special folder (maybe "guestupload").
how can i do that on version 1.4.8.?

Use the group control panel to allow uploads for anonymous users as well as comments. There's a German support board you could have posted in if you don't feel familiar enough with English.
