Rate permission for one Album or Category only (no rate for the others)?

How can I set permission so that everyone (including Guests) can rate pictures in one Album or Category only,  but no rate for the other album / categories

Allow rating for guests in the group control panel.
Then go to the album properties screen where you want to allow rating and enable it there.

Thanks GauGau, I can do it now, but just half of what I need: set permission so that every one can vote in one album. However, I also want to turn off the permission so no one can rate in all other albums/categories. How can I do that?

Use the 'Album properties' page as suggested. Enable rating only for the albums in which you wish to allow users to rate files.

Sorry, though I understand how it works now,
- I have set rating permission for everyone, including guests
- I have set rating permission to the albums I want using Album Properties

I have another question in order to fulfil the remaining task:
- Is there any way I can make no-rating permission by default to all other albums and newly created albums? I ask this because I have too many albums already exists and i am now turn off the permission one by one. And what happen when a new album is created? I am sure I need to go to that single albu and turn it off also.

You can do that directly in the database. Edit the default value for rating and run a query to set all album to rating = 'NO'. Search the board for details.
