It is still a capital i. The word has to be LOCATION, not IOCATION.

Why did you edit the file in the first place if you have no idea what you're doing? I recommend uploading a vanilla copy. Make sure to configure your FTP app to overwrite files that exist on the server - maybe that's the reason why your "fix" doesn't stick.
