Problem with FTP batch file upload~

I have a problem found with add batch file upload, please see the attached pic for reference.

How can I slove the problem?

P.S. I'm using PHP5+Mysql5+apache22 on windwos XP

Browsable interface doesn't work on windows box switch it to NO

but my friend using old version have this function 

He was using 1.4.1 + PHP 4.x + Mysql 4.1 + Apache2.
