My gallery was working fine until http://www.freemysql.net/ went offline. They are back online, and all my sites that used databases on that server are working except for coppermine. Under "There was an error while processing a database query" is shows:

Don't post debug_output unless requested. Don't enable notices_display unless you know what notices mean - they are a feature meant for devs only.
The error message you got comes from your mysql database, it's not a coppermine error. Ask the people who host your database. The error message usually means that there's no space left on the device. Details: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/4.1/en/cannot-create.html
